3. Personal Development Everyone has a very personal history, education and background We need to assess people's abilities and help them find tasks that fit them
4. Connecting Needs and haves Finding what people need and what they have and connecting them
5. Training Program creating a framework for sharing knowledge and experience is the key for personal development. Online Tools Workshops and Talks Projects Chats and Regular meetings
6. Mentors and Guest Experts The biggest resource you have are local experts, and visiting speakers who can be asked to speak and help train your team. Building a proper environment for allowing the speakers to talk is key. Mentors would like Recognition, Publicity or event a good audience.
7. Sponsors are people too Dont forget sponsors are people too. They also have jobs or constraints.
8. Splitting It is a natural phenomena that groups will tend to get smaller and smaller and turn into new groups. You often will see that small groups of people split off and form new initiatives. Important is to have clear goals and mandates and to be able to work with these groups on projects when the goals are in harmony.
