  4. WHAT ARE SOFT SKILLS? Soft skills are a combination of

    people skills, social skills, communication skills, character or personality traits, attitudes, career attributes, social intelligence and emotional intelligence quotients, among others, that enable people to navigate their environment, work well with others, perform well, and achieve their goals with complementing hard skills.
  5. WHAT IS MODERN COMMUNICATION? Modern communication mediums are interactive, the

    communication may or may not be live because of absence of in-person involvement, there's a lot more emphasis on written skills. Absence of body language and tone in non-verbal communication can lead to confusion and diversion very quickly.
  6. 01 You are communicating on digital platforms more than ever.

    It is very important to keep your social presence aligned with your goals. Awareness comes from being confident and confidence comes from self awareness. SELF AWARENESS CONFIDENCE IS KEY

    2. Break the ice with: Introducing yourself (Name, What are you currently doing) Telling about 'what do you plan to do in near future?' And 'what are the steps you are following to fulfil that plan?' Note: The last two questions need to be answered keeping near future in mind, goals that can be achieved within span of 1-2 years.

    presenting yourself and goal setting. INTRAPERSONAL SKILLS UNDERSTAND YOURSELF AND UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL
  9. 03 FORMAL COMMUNICATION When we talk rather than gossip, when

    we share sensible information rather than spamming, when we network with people not just to know each other but to learn and grow with exchange of knowledge, professional communication happens. Are there any protocols and etiquettes for a formal exchange of information?
