Passion + Transparency + Fun = Our culture
Back to topic at hand
1 Your education doesn't mean anything Unless regulations require it
or you graduated from Harvard
2 Your resume is (mostly) worthless Unless it's a big
company and your resume is amazing
3 Your future employers WILL Google/Facebook you Think 10 times
before you post something on the Internet
4 Any work is better than no work It's better
to be a store clerk then have a 2 years unemployment gap
5 Knowing languages (human and computer) can give you a
leg up Employers will appreciate you knowing C++ and Spanish in today's global world
6 Don't ever badmouth your previous employer Unless you're not
interested in getting the job
7 Right attitude and passion mean more then you can
ever imagine Passion + Good attitude + Potential > Experience + Education
8 Be humble, but not too humble Don't be afraid
to be proud of your achievements, but remember business is a team sport
9 Never try to lie or trick Employers talk to
other employers so bad word travels fast
10 Be willing to take risks Entrepreneurship is all about
risk taking so we value people can have guts to take risk
11 Be willing to take initiative This is what separates
good employee from an amazing one
12 There is always a job opening When we meet
right people we will always try to hire them
13 Good humor is always appreciated We want to work
around people that make us feel good
