    • Name - Istvan Voiculescu, jack of all trades within City of Austin’s Public Works Department.
    • Nickname - Known as Ishka or C3DIsh… Look me up on twitter (@C3DIsh) or Linkedin
    • Background - A mechanical engineer that… Jumped ship to civil engineering
    • Experience - 18 years of combined experience w/ Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI and more, 14 of those in civil, survey, GIS & UAS.
    • Development - Published as a co-author the Mastering Civil 3D book series widely used for training nationwide.
    • Career Path - Learned everything I know by playing around trying to solve issues.
    • Career driving force - I don’t know or assume to know everything!
    • Daily job - Working on training, standards and implementation of things.
