  7. Lunch and Learn or User Groups can provide activities to excite and educate your organization about learning. Often
individuals find it difficult to focus in a solo environment. This option will provide group interaction - leading to
accountability and an enhanced learning experience.
Lunch and Learn activities may include 30-to-60-minute training sessions that can be used to kick-start your organization’s
use of (for instance) ArcGIS Pro. Videos, tutorials and webinars can be presented in a group environment which will
enhance the learning experience. Active discussions following the training session will bring to light many areas of
    interest within the group.
The numerous e-Learning options are conducive to this program and can be held on a regularly scheduled timing. It may
or may not coincide with an actual lunch activity – more of a user group. Or, it may be considered a ‘brown bag’ where
individuals bring their lunch during the sessions.
User Groups / Lunch and Learn
E-Learning Seminars, Lessons and Web Courses can be held in a group activity as described above.
