    Eliminate stereotypes (female roles in hollywood, the perception of the “geek”) • Leadership adapts to the changing cultural landscape • Representing opportunities inclusively (e.g. job ads) • Don’t assume someone is or isn’t a coder (a coder could be anyone!) • Educate the existing workforce on behavioural expectations

    talent pool • Women are empowered and have a better chance to be equals in the workforce • Pay gap will be 0 • The talent shortage will disappear • Better workplace culture for everyone

    other women pursue a tech career • Works with a diverse range of people • Understands exactly what it means to work in tech and how empowering and valuable it can be • Doesn’t fight to find coders • Earns the same as her male peers
