• Do Daily Scrum at the same time and in the same place for consistency and to avoid confusion. • Use the Kanban board so that everyone can check the task status visually. • Make it open so that the parties involved can check the status of the project, too. • Involve people closely working with Developers such as designers and QAs. • Spare time after Daily Scrum so that further discussions can be held.
• Make the atmosphere open and helpful. Daily Scrum is not the place to blame others. It’s the place to help and solve. • Do it daily. Daily communication is the key to software development due to its complex nature. Many unexpected things happen. • Comment on each PBI (Product Backlog Item) so that the absentee can check the status as well. • Although the Scrum Master and the Product Owner do not necessarily attend Daily Scrum according to the Scrum Guide, it’s much better for the team to attend for better communication.
