Fenflow Limited have been specialising in Industrial Pumps and valves for over 50 years, based in Spalding Lincolnshire our engineers specialise in the Service, Repair and Overhaul of Industrial Pumps, Safety Valves, Motors, Gearboxes, Heat Exchangers and Weed Screen Cleaners. We also Calibrate and Test Pressure Gauges. We can offer testing of Safety and pressure Reducing Valves both on and off site. We have an in house machine shop were we can reverse engineers obsolete parts. We also have a dedicated Sales Team to help you find the right New Pump, Valve, Heat Exchanger or plate packs, Motor or gearbox. We have also recently added Pump Hire to our List of Services. We work with a wide range of Industries including the water industry, NHS, Power, manufacturing ect. We also specialise in the servicing and repairs of Large Industrial Fish Friendly Pumps.

25. All safety valves are visually inspected upon arrival and where appropriate an initial test is carried out to assess the compliance of the set pressure. We carry out full overhauls and refurbish in accordance with British and API Standards and all completed valves are fully certified to our ISO standards which carries Zurich approval. Any spare parts required are sourced from the original manufacturer or utilised from our extensive stock reducing overall leadtime.
26. We can carry out Safety On-Line Testing (S-O-L-T) ® whilst your plant is still in operation, keeping the effect on production to a minimum. Any Spare parts required are sourced from the original manufacture or from our extensive stock, reducing the overall downtime of your plant. Graphs from the S-O-L-T ® are generated providing detailed information of valve performance for you. 32. Overhaul and repair of Finbloc, Shell & Tube, Air blast and Plate Exchangers to include remanufacture of tube nests and ultrasonic cleaning or supply of new plate packs. We can also supply new heat exchangers and being independent we are not limited to any manufacturer or type.
35. We provide testing and calibration of your pressure gauges, including needle adjustment where required. All calibrations come with our test certificate which is traceable to National Standards. If on examination your equipment cannot be repaired we can offer a competitively priced replacement with guarantee.

We can also advise you on how to make your older units more efficient. Our experienced Sales team can assist you with assessing whether to refurbish or replace a pump, motor or valve. Examples are: • Refurbishment or replacement of worn parts: shafts, impellers, restoration of coatings or repairs/reverse engineering of parts • Refurbishment or replacement of bearings and/or mechanical seals • Rotating or wear components might be replaced but the pump housing, base plate and motor can be reused.
