    within and around the community? With the roads completed in The Greens and the TECOM area, traffic flows smoothly, even during peak hours. The beauty of the community is that everyone drives as per the speed limit, and respects pedestrian crossings, which is essential within a community. Which area do you live in within the community and why? We live in The Fairways in The Views. The towers are developed to top- notch standards, while the amenities provided to residents are unparalleled. Our apartment offers the uniqueness of two floors with an open-spaced living room featuring high ceilings, folding walls for flexibility in furnishing and designing of rooms. What attracted you to The Fairways/ Views? Personally, we believe that The Fairways in The Views is one of the most sophisticated developments in The Greens. With its superior location adjacent to the Emirates Golf Club, the buildings offer spanning views of lush, immaculate greenery, which also results in lower temperatures during the summer months. Where else have you lived in Dubai and why? Prior to moving to The Greens, we lived near Sheikh Zayed Road for its convenient location to our workplace. Would you live anywhere else in Dubai and why? We are extremely content living in The Fairways, The Views, and shall continue living here for as long as we can. What amenities exist within the community? Residents have access to the Community Centre, which features a supermarket, pharmacy, as well as an array of stores, restaurants and coffee shops. With extensive walking paths around lush lakes and greenery, the community provides residents with the ultimate living experience. Additionally, families can enroll their children in Regent School, which is within walking distance of the community. If you have children, what do they like about the community? Our little daughter enjoys playing outside with children from the community on the various grass areas around the lakes, in addition to the playground, the air-conditioned playhouse located near the pool area, which provides children with access to numerous toys. Dr. Jochen and Antonia Murach The Fairways in The Greens What do you think of the community swimming pools and parks and their locations? The swimming pool at The Fairways is magnificent. It offers multiple infinity pools next to each other on different levels. Its view of the Faldo golf course is probably one of the best in the city. What do you think of the medical center facilities within the community? While there are no medical centre facilities within The Greens, the community is located within close distance to medial facilities. What do you think of the local community centre and the variety of shops? The Greens community centre features a supermarket, laundry, pharmacy, bookstore, video store, beauty salon for ladies and an optician. In addition to all the basic requirements of community members, the centre also houses restaurants, coffee shops, and an ice cream parlour, all within walking distance. Residents within the community can also access public transportation options such as buses or the metro, directly near the centre. What do you think about the cycle path/ walkways? The walkways are very well maintained, with extensive gardening carried out regularly. With the walkways around the lakes in such immaculate condition, joggers and residents are always in for delightful experience. What improvements would you make in the community? The community could offer more parking spaces especially for visitors, although The Fairways offers a designated area for visitor parking which is an improvement. How would you describe your lifestyle in The Views? We enjoy a laid-back and relaxed lifestyle, as a result of the spanning views from our apartment. Would you like to make any other comments about The Views Community? The Views is a sophisticated community, located in the centre of new Dubai, offering visitors easy access to some of the key developments including Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet city.
