6. Sheet Metal Manufacturing 1. We program a CNC cutting machine that carries out the cutting operation based on design. CUTTING  We cut the different parts that makes up the full assembly 2. We check the cut the parts and move to bending.
7. Sheet Metal Manufacturing 1. We program an NC bending machine that carries out the bending operation based on bending drawings BENDING 2. We insert the parts into the machine and the bend is accomplished

9. We program the machine to perform spray operations based on the parts in the booth POWDER COATING Powder coat the parts • Pretreatment • Spray coating • Curing/ Baking Sheet Metal Manufacturing
10. Assemblies of the parts to form the individual parts are done using an exploded assy drawing ASSEMBLY Assemble the coated parts to the full assembly Sheet Metal Manufacturing
