1. Introduction Muhammad Hassan Khan ▪ System Consultant at Limton Innovative Systems ▪ Internship at Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) ▪ Bachelors in Electronic Engineering from Mehran UET with CGPA of 3.83/4.00 ▪ FYP: condition monitoring of railway tracks ▪ Intermediate in Pre-Engineering
2. System Consultant: • Working on custom tailored projects of customer. • Providing remote support to customers. • Providing technical support of Electronic Equipment’s to ensure the smooth & error free operations. • Managing installation and execution of devices. Internship: • Monitoring of Gas pressure through SCADA System. • Checking of gas quality through chromatograph. • Pipeline designing for town border station in AutoCAD. • Task assigned for controlling of unaccounted for gas (UFG).
3. Final Year Project: • Accelerometer sensors to detect cracks in rail, inclination sensor to detect inclination of track and Ultrasonic sensors to detect missing sleeper. • Connected to Raspberry Pi (base station). • Threshold level to check healthy and unhealthy vibrations, Kalman filter to remove noise. • kinesis module of Amazon Web Services as cloud platform. Smart Surveillance Camera: • Pi Camera connected with Raspberry Pi and mounted it on pole. • Enabled camera interface and installed OpenCV. • Configured mail.py file for receiving emails • Real time visualizing by entering Pi IP on web browser and receiving Emails if any object detected.
