10. #AWSUserGroups #AWSugNL 10 DE&I is not inherently limited to women. However, even if I focus on the category of 'women', which is easy to understand and has a relatively large population, there is such a difference with 'men'.
11. #AWSUserGroups #AWSugNL 11 Could it be that AWS is not in step with the rest of the world?!
12. #AWSUserGroups #AWSugNL 12 In fact, it may be Yes. But when you look around at the environment we work in together, it doesn't have to be that way, does it?!

17. #AWSUserGroups #AWSugNL 17 What I Think is Important Not Only for re:Invent But also for Community Involvement • Smile anytime, anywhere • Attitude of listening • An attitude of knowing and respecting the other person • Passion in the words you say • No need for mental filters and negative thinking • Not staying only in your comfort zone
