IRODORIの便り【2023 Annual Report】

2023年までのAnnual Report「IRODORIの便り」を作成しました。
私たちの事業紹介をはじめ、これまでの取り組みをまとめたり今後のプランなどを詰め込みました。ぜひご覧ください。

制作背景：
総務省事業で「子育て中の女性たちが働き続けられる仕組みづくり」に関する調査を行ったことがあります。そこで、本人が働きたいと思っていても、家族から応援されていないと自らやめてしまう女性たちが多いというファクトに出会いました。

家族から応援されることが、働き続けるうえでどれだけ重要なことか。

私たちIRODORIも、おかげさまで仲間が増えてきました。関わってくれるみなさんが家族にも誇れる会社でありたい。伝えやすくなるツールをつくりたい。そんな想いでつくりました。

もちろん、結果的に未来の連携先となる自治体や企業のみなさまにも参考になる内容になっていると思います。

As “IRODORI’s Newsletter,” we have created an Annual Report up to 2023. It includes an introduction to our business, a summary of our past initiatives, and our future plans. Please take a look.

Background:
In a project commissioned by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, we conducted a survey on creating a system that allows women with children to continue working. Through this, we found that many women, despite wanting to work, quit on their own if they do not receive support from their families.

How important it is to receive family support in order to continue working.

IRODORI has gained more members. We want to be a company that everyone involved can be proud of and easily share about with their families. With this in mind, we created this tool.

Of course, we believe the content will also be useful for municipalities and companies that may become our future partners.
