    learning unit, you will be able to: – Define physical activity. – Describe the importance of physical activity. – Give detailed examples of physical activity. – Tell the difference between what does and what does not qualify as physical activity. – Implement physical activity into your own life.     to excel through this course! All you need is to be motivated to learn!! • This course will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. END
  6. HOW WILL YOU LEARN? • Through this course, you will

    learn an objective and have two practices questions for that objectives. There are four total objectives. • Once all objectives are learned, you will then complete a post-test. The post test includes 11 multiple choice and true or false questions. END

  28. SOME USEFUL TIPS WHEN GOING TO THE GYM INCLUDE: Always

    ask a worker at the gym if you do not know how to use a machinery. They are trained to help you and keep you from injuring yourself! Always stretch and warm up prior to starting your workout. Your body needs time to get blood into the muscles before the start being worked. Look up workouts that you would like to try and have a set plan before you get to the gym so that you know what you are doing and do not get frustrated trying to create a plan on the go. Find a workout class if you enjoy classes. These classes will teach you a variety of exercises that you can later do on your own time and pace. Lastly, bring water!! Hydration is so important for your body. Be sure to take a few sips every 15-20 minutes throughout your workouts. END
