The celt made of flint, also figured in the illustration page, the finest mounted specimen at present in the British Museum collection, I obtained from the Indian on the left side of the group. They had no history of it further than that it was of great age, and had been handed down from chief to chief for many generations (Lord 1866, Vol. 2: 250).
