Only you can prevent the developer burnout

Only you can prevent the developer burnout

A developer is spending a day in deep concentration in front of a computer screen. Teams can be remote or small, which further reduces human interaction, especially in this quarantine period. Did you find that you are losing passion for coding? Did you find the spark of motivation is now missing somewhere for coding? Burnout among software professionals is far more widespread than many would like to admit. In this session, we will take a look at the developer's burnout, how to identify the burnout, discuss the actions more specific to programmers to be taken to rekindle the inner fire and techniques to rest and rise in your work with more productivity.
