Most Christians find it difficult to compete in the global market because they have focused more on being "spiritual" and not building capacity for the real world. This talked aimed at creating awareness amongst final year undergraduates to prepare them for the real world.

5. What some Christians are doing: • Praying for God’s favor without doing anything • Waiting for God’s blessings to locate them • Binding devils that have nothing to do with them. • Blaming people, government and not taking responsibility @labifrancis

7. What you should do: • Get a skill and be good at it • Build good relationships with people • Have an online presence • Don’t be afraid of rejections, it’s normal, apply again. • Volunteer • Join professional communities • Attend conferences, not Christian conferences alone @labifrancis
