3. Our Vision We spend over 100,000 hours of our lives working. One writer once wrote, "If work is fun, life is enjoyable. If it is a duty, life is slavery”. If we can find a work that we are passionate about, that is worthwhile, and that makes us feel the growth, then every day and every week will pass by with a fulfilling heart. We will try to create a fine place that brings fulfilling life to the people who work together, and all those who involved with us. Fulfill weekend, fulfill life. Have a Merry Weekend.

5. Lead to Purposeful Stage. Our Mission Most of us have our own destination. Our coworkers, our families, the people involved with us... each one has their own destination. It could be "the product they've been looking for”, or "a better working environment." For some, it could be "a peaceful weekend”, or "potential they never realized by themselves." If we know how to get there, we can show they the way. Even if we don't know how, we can look at the map and think about it together. Yes, life can always be made better. Wouldn't it be great if we could help people find the courage to take a step into the next stage, even if they don't know it yet? Move on to the next stage.

8. Delight Values When you can't decide, choose the more fun option. The more particular you are, the more fun making things will be. Enjoy being inventive and unleash your creativity. As you learn and grow, the next stage will come into view. Don't be afraid of change, and enjoy taking on new challenges. Cherish the fun of collaboration as a team. If you go with someone, you will see farther scenery than if you go alone. 01
9. Professionalism Values 02 Do work that you can be proud of. Deliver products with high-quality, and quickly. Never give up in the face of adversity, but overcome obstacles to find the best solution. Don’t be afraid of failure. If we learn from the mistakes, we will always be better than before. Understand customer needs, use our specialized knowledge, and work together to create something that truly please customers. The work you’ve put your heart into will surely be something to be proud of.
10. Values Empathy 03 Great work can only come from a great team. Always be humble, respectful, and trusting towards customers and our team. Always think in their shoes. Give our full attention to the person right here, right now. Strive to understand others’ essence. That’s the only way to truly make a difference for someone. When a problem happens, don't blame someone, but work together to resolve it. Strive to be someone who always commits to empowering those around us. If so, our team will become even better.
