The agile manifesto was created in 2001 (and everybody is fed up hearing about it). Since then agile methodologies have been widely diffused breaking the old paradigm of development cascade. Many developers believed that it would be the solution to our problems, but it was not! Have you ever stopped to think what will you do now?
Agile methodologies are not exactly a cake recipe as were sold.
