  2. MISSION Our mission is to support parents by providing high

quality baby & kids products as a service and at the same time helping our product brand partners transform their business towards a circular economy.
  3. PROBLEM Consumer • Baby & kids products are expensive (8-11%

of gross income) • Usage is short, as kids grow fast • Time & hassle to collect all items Environment • ‘Stuff’ has big impact on environment (CE Delft) • Raw material scarcity is at issue • 80% of all toys ends up in landfill or ocean (Ellen Macarthur Foundations)
  4. Shift from ownership to usage: • 70% of GenZ /

Millennials Rent or want to rent products instead of purchasing • 6 out of 10 consumers are willing to change their purchasing habits to help reduce negative environmental impact (IBM) MARKET Product-as-a-service is booming:
  5. HOW IT WORKS 1. Select Customer selects products from the

website and rent it for the preferred amount of time 2. Use Customers receive the products at home and use the products for the time they rent it 3. Return When the baby doesn’t need it anymore, we pick up the products at the doorstep 4. Clean, Check, Refurbish The products are checked and cleaned at a professional warehouse and then go to the next baby
  6. OUR LIBRARY Co-sleepers Strollers Bouncers Car Seats Breast Pumps Bikes

Toys … We rent out all large & valuable items you need for your kids from 0-10 years old: We chose to exclude clothing as the lifetime of clothes is too short and the value is too low to make the rental model viable.

  8. BRAND PARTNERS We cooperate with brands that keep products on

their balance sheet, which incentivises brands to focus on sustainable design. In turn, this means Tiny Library does not need to pre-finance the products.
  9. CIRCULAR BUSINESS MODEL Tiny Library is the service provider in

the circulair supply chain. Brands keep ownership of the products and receive a revenue share. Consumer: pays 30%-50% of retail price Tiny Library: Revenue share + platform fee Brand: receives revenue share (+/- 50%) & pays platform fee
  10. Strongly growing platform that makes it easier for parents to
