2. INSPIRATION 1 • In the plot of my film trailer, there will be an incident of another killing which will be broadcasted on the news. What grabbed my attention was the news headline beneath which links with the plot of my film trailer. • This is a mid-shot, I will be taking multiple shots at different angles as well. But, I prefer this medium shot on this film poster as it inspires me to think about the way how I want my film poster to look like. • I also Love the effect of the smoke in the background, gives the film poster an elegant look. • I think the TV static effect on the man it corresponds with the news headline. , which I’ll be using on my film poster. • My idea is to take a photo of the protagonist and maybe another person to place below the title. • I’m definitely going to use the idea, of this on my film poster- creates uniqueness and gives the news design look.

INSPIRATION 2 • This film poster look simple, smooth edits is done on the skin. • This is an extreme close up of a young lady • Which is a perfect idea to get the audience question themselves on who is that person, will they be the protagonist in the film? • I like this film poster but I prefer ’Gone Girl’ film poster – because it has more detail, and I like film posters that have more detail on them. • The only good thing about this film poster is that it won’t give away any hints on who the main protagonist is.
4. FINAL DECISION I’m going to choose inspiration one, I just like the way it looks and I’m challenging my self to improve my Photoshop skills when creating the static effect.
