What We Want • Keep Java EE as the strong unique standard • Stop movement from standards to products • A really functional Java standards organization • Community-driven Java EE specifications • Oracle's spec leads shall either actively finish Java EE 8 specs, or shall hand out the TCK sources and the needed licences to allow us to volunteer with spec leadership.

FAQ • You are forking Java EE, right? • No. We want to prevent fragmentation of Java EE. • You want to kick out Oracle of the JCP? • No. We want Oracle to play an active role again. • You take away JSRs from Oracle? • If Oracle has no more interest in a JSR, we offer to take over leadership. • You just want to sell your own product instead! • No. We are solely interested in industrial standards.
