UX in Software Development Company. Seeking Consensus.

My presentation from UX Poland conference (www.uxpoland.pl). The aim of the talk was to present some of important problems and challenges of UX team in a big software design house (almost 600 employees) in the context of projects for international clients from all over the world and internal specific of the company itself. During presentation I focused on various aspects of the UX team work such as: communication with clients that represent different levels of awareness and approaches to UX design, implementation of various and unique models of collaboration with external and internal clients, “evangelization” of UX Design and providing UX services within the big software development company.
Work of UX teams which operate in software companies is an interesting challenge and sometimes it is more than research, UI design or usability testing of big IT systems, but it is a real art of seeking consensus ;) Enjoy!
