  1. Happy Hip Flexors™ Standing Alignment Points For a clearer idea

of your current alignment, take a moment to stand up and walk around the room. Then come to stand without fixing anything in your feet or body and answer the questions below. Alignment Point #1: Toes Forward ❖ Where are your feet? ❖ What does it feel like when you align your feet to point forward? Alignment Point #2: Feet Hip Distance (ASIS) Apart ❖ How far apart are your feet? Are they close together, or far apart? Find your ASIS bones (the bones that poke out on the front of your hips) and then use a mirror to line your ankles up directly underneath your ASIS. ❖ What does that feel like? 2. Alignment Point #3: Back Up Your Pelvis Bring your awareness

back down to your feet. ❖ Where do you feel the weight in your feet? Is it in your toes, heels, or feel evenly distributed? Now back your pelvis up until you feel more weight in your heels. Use a mirror and look at your profile. See if you can stack your ankles, knees, and pelvis in a vertical line. ❖ What do you notice? How does that feel?
