This session was presented at the SAFe Summit Denver 2025. It introduced three leadership strategies for delivering value with fewer resources and reinforced the message not to discard practices that support long-term performance.
The presentation outlined the activities and coaching focus of effective Scrum Masters, highlighted the importance of Scrum Master and Product Owner collaboration, and pointed to the need for leaders to stay focused on value. It referenced simple decision funnels, the role of exit policies, and areas where DevOps investment contributes to improving supply, including environments, pipelines, configuration, data, and AI.
A brief example from digital health was used to show how AI can reduce cycle times when supported by the right technical capabilities. The session closed with prompts for leaders to maximise their value from SAFe, navigate transformation complexity, and consider how AI-native ways of working support value delivery.
