13. Revenue Sharing with franchise Whatever may be the Business generated by PTIPL or Its franchisee in their territory area. The net profit (after deduction of all expenses witch comes for execution of particular work/supply order)will be shared as follows:- • If lead generated by PTIPL then 80%profit goes to PTIPL and 20%goes to franchisee for facilitation of their services at local level. • If lead generated by franchisee then 80%profit goes to franchisee and 20% goes to PTIPL.

Growth and Opportunity • Risk and return-Company is targeting mainly Gvt. & Corporate sector for their products/services with all legal and mandatory formalities, so the risk is very low except time involvement, on return front it depends on nature & volume of work, but as company is working in diversified sectors, cumulative return is very high. It depends on franchisee. • Break Even Point- Company believes on long-term business association, so B.E.P. will be achieved within one financial year. Franchise Requirement • An investment of Rs. 5 to 8 Lac ( Rs.3.5 lac as non-refundable Franchisee fees for life time) • Carpet area required is min. 200 sq. ft. to 1000 sq. ft. for office and other uses. • Infrastructure requirement as per our specification • Minimum Staff requirement (1 marketing manager, 1 computer operator, 1 peon) • Minimum office equipment (1 P.C & printer, 1 phone with internet connection, furniture as per requirement)
