  2. A hearty appetite for learning new things and internalizing best

practices 6 1. Proactively, learnt new technologies and developed multiple tools for faster and efficient deliveries 2. Worked in multiple levels of a technology stack: Development, DevOps and Quality. This has helped me immensely to be a better Quality Engineer, identifying blind spots and preventing potential issues. 3. Mentored and guided junior SDETs to increase automation code coverage. Together, we improved it by approximately 25% within two weeks (one sprint). 4. Set up and configured Jenkins from scratch and automated multiple QA processes.
  3. Get things done. Independently. 7 1. Built an end to

end automation framework single handedly, from scratch, within a month of joining the current organization. It is now used by multiple teams (including the development team). 2. Independently, leading the teams for end to end validation, deciding the validation strategies, timelines and taking care of team’s deliverables. 3. Standardized practices for logging bugs. 4. Implemented an “automation first” approach in the team for complex modules. 5. Received “Service Excellence” awards 2 years in a row in my previous company and “Bravo” awards in my current organization.
  4. I am also not afraid of feedback, because that’s one

of the quickest ways to learn and grow. 8
  5. 10 1. Background of working both in startups and in

well established companies, I am flexible with my leadership style. •I have managed the team with regular follow ups on deliverables in a fast paced environment/project while there have been times when I am just there for the team members, making sure that I clear the roadblocks and act as a bridge between them and the business requirements. 2. KT sessions with junior SDETs and interns to train them with company’s practices, product and Quality initiatives. Some of them have now been offered an extension in their contracts due to their contributions. 3. Ensuring that I distribute the tasks such that some percentage of their work caters to their interests along with the company’s roadmap. 4. Leading the team to successfully deliver multiple projects with 0 P0/P1 bugs well within time, consistently. 5. Currently handling two QA projects and leading a team of 5 QA members. Adaptable and effective
