DISSERTATION •  You may go to h^ps://fsktm.um.edu.my/postgraduate, and click MSE Disserta>on Titles for available >tles proposed by the lecturers. •  Titles will be published 2 weeks before semester begins. – If students would like to choose one of the proposed >tles published, then, the students are advised to discussed with the respec>ve lecturer before registra>on. – If students would like to suggest own >tle, then, it is recommended to discuss the >tle with the respec>ve lecturer to prepare a proposal to get the department approval.

Presenta>ons •  Two presenta>ons –  Proposal Defense (PD) –  Candidature Defense (CD) •  Student is required to submit three (3) copies of PD/CD report (upon supervisor approval) to the office two (2) weeks before presenta>on –  It is advisable to submit dra, of the report to the supervisor at least one (1) month before submission. •  Dura>on of presenta>ons –  15 minutes presenta>on –  30 minutes QnA session by 2 panels
