  5. Lack of Government Role • Mediation between disputed companies •

    Radio equipment licenses • Policies promoting equal access rights • Policies and regulations promoting competitive competition in the ICT sector
  6. Way Forward • Promoting Infrastructure Sharing • Encouraging more cooperation

    between Service providers • establishing more professional training centers • Encouraging the entry of alternative infrastructure providers
