46. the stereotype associated both with art and technology fields is a loner white male by creating a Women in Tech Day and scheduling most of the female speakers for that day, the other 3 days have even fewer women speaking than would otherwise this doesn’t demonstrate diversity it also tells me that though I am an entrepreneur working in the entertainment industry which is a part of the digital economy, my gender trumps all of that this doesn’t help break down stereotypes Becky Stewart @theleadingzero
