Driven by experience (and cupholders) - Lessons and opportunities for UX in the automotive industry.

From the quality of coffee in a showroom to the damping of switchgear on a dashboard, the world of automobiles is awash with experiences that shape our relationship with cars and our perception of their creators.

This talk will explore the relationship between vehicle engineers and designers, the subjective nature of user experience in car ownership, examples of good (and very bad) interior design, and the opportunities for UX designers within this changing industry.
