ELA Conf: Addressing the Pay Discrepancy in Tech

It wasn’t until one pivotal moment I realized that I was underpaid and my bosses definitely knew. How do you know if you’re in the same situation? What can you do? I’ll go over my personal story and give suggestions about how we as individuals and as a whole can work on fixing pay discrepancy.
