WHY SHOULD YOU CARE? @_bigmitch ⁃ When creating your personas, move away from assumptions, bias and stereotypical information about your users. ⁃ Does your persona really need to be a man? ⁃ Are you assuming your persona is not familiar with technology, because of their age? ⁃ How does the location of your persona affect your design decisions?
