The Jury is In: A case study of an Agile, UX-driven project in a traditional government setting

We designed and delivered a new Jury Management Service for NSW Courts. In a traditional organization with a desire to shift to improve its service, the key stakeholders were very supportive of endorsing a fresh approach. There were challenges, but overall our strategy worked well. We’ll tell all.
