Practical Solar Electric Marine Transportation, Solar Sal

Practical solar electric transportation is now possible, but only with specialized design for marine environments. Solar Sal, a 40 foot wooden solar electric boat, started as a school based project and is now headed to commercial manufacture and use based on a patent pending design.

No smell, (almost) no noise, no fossil fuels and free energy can be combined with efficient components and renewable wooden parts, to make efficient solar electric marine transportation.
