ADDC 2019 - Angela Guzman - Fearlessly Forward: My intuitive approach to Silicon Valley

ADDC 2019 - Angela Guzman - Fearlessly Forward: My intuitive approach to Silicon Valley

For the past decade, I've influenced the way we communicate, share, and interact with our environment by leading and co-creating with the design teams of Google, Airbnb, and Apple. Each company taught me key lessons; some obvious, others unexpected. Whether it was making Apple’s original emoji set, redesigning Airbnb’s hosting experience, or collaborating in the creation of the Google Assistant, each project provided amazing opportunities to learn and grow while also being fearless and forward-thinking. This talk focuses on my approach to design and the top takeaways from my time in Silicon Valley.
