“The prayer of a woman in her house is better than at the lawn of her house and her prayer in her room is better than her prayer in her house”. (Hadith narrated in Sunan Abi Daud)
Imam Ahmad regarding Ummu Humaid Al-Sa’idi who came to the Prophet and said: “Ya Rasulullah, indeed I like to pray with you.” He SAW said: “I know you like to pray with me but your prayer in your bedroom is better than your prayer in your room(in general), and your prayer in your room is better than your prayer in your house, and your prayer in your house is better than your prayer in your community masjid, and your prayer in your community masjid is better than your prayer in my masjid.” After hearing this, Ummu Humaid asked to be made for her a prayer place in the most secluded corner of her bedroom. And she prayed therein until the day she returned to Allah SWT.
best place for a woman to perform her prayer is at home. It is still permissible for women to pray in mosques as long as there is no fitnah or harm for her and her husband allows her to pray in the mosque. It is sunnah (encouraged) for a husband to allow his wife to pray in the mosque in one of the opinions of scholars of mazhab Syafi’i. There is a hadith narrated by Ibnu Umar, the Prophet SAW said: “Do not refrain the female servants of Allah from going to the mosques of Allah, but they have to go out without wearing perfume.”

15 days of haid, the light brown discharge can be considered as haid. Remnants are considered as haid as the mark of clean from haid must be a chalky white. Some women bring parchments of cloth which have yellow stains on it to Rasulullah’s wife, Sayyidatina Aisyah binti Abu Bakr. She said, “Don’t rush to bathe unless you see al-qussah al-baidho’ (chalky white).”

prayers during Ramadan is highly encouraged. It is the main form of worship in the nights of Ramadan and cannot be performed in other months. The time to perform the terawih prayers is after performing the obligatory evening (‘isya’) prayers. It is encouraged (afdal) to do the prayers in a mosque congregation. Nonetheless, terawih can also be done individually. The terawih prayers can be done in sets of 8 rakaat, 20 rakaat or 36 rakaat; each 2 rakaat with one salam. The way to perform the prayer is the same as any other sunat prayers (for example, sunat qabliyah (before) or ba’diyah (after) that is associated with the five obligatory prayers).

on two great principles, namely love and veneration, the outcome of both of which is that: “They used to hasten on to do good deeds, and they used to call on Us with hope and fear.” (Al-Anbiya’; 21:90) From love comes hope, hopefully of Allah’s mercy and from veneration comes fear, fearing to disappoint Allah and going against Him.
worship involve both instructions and prohibitions. Instructions are based on hope and seeking to reach the Almighty who issued these instructions, and prohibitions are based on veneration and fear of the Almighty. If you love Allah, you hope for that which is with Him and you long to reach Him, and you seek the path that leads to Him and you obey Him in the most perfect manner. If you venerate Him, you fear Him and every time you think of committing a sin, you call to mind the greatness of the Creator, and you refrain.
