2. HISTORY We have a long history as an energy industry leader. In the 1990’s we began with solar water heaters and geothermal installations. In 2009 we became a leader in residential and commercial solar and reorganized under the name Amergy Solar. For the past 9 years, we have been working with homeowners in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and California, with over 5,000 installations to date.

This approach gives the company the ability to stay profitable and enables the company to weather the industry cycles. 4TH QTR 2017 saw an average install time of 60 days in New York and New Jersey, one of the fastest install timelines in the industry.

Instead of relying on knocking on doors, cold calling and online marketing, it helps our Energy Advisors build their own personal brand and help customers earn an income in addition to saving money with solar. 9. 02 01 03 CUSTOMER INITIATION Welcome to the Amergy Advantage Program. This isn’t just about saving money on solar, this is about improving your live with energy and financial independence. SOLAR GUIDANCE Why are people going solar? How can you save money and earn money by enrolling in the Advantage Program? How does financing solar work? YOUR FIRST SOLAR PROJECT Your first solar project is your own home. You will save money going solar and earn a commission for the project. Once your project is signed, you become an Advantage Partner and you are eligible to receive additional commissions for projects you sign up with your Energy Advisor. OUR PROCESS Amergy Solar will support Energy Advisors with training their Advantage Partners. We provide marketing material, training programs, weekly meetings and ongoing education for all Advantage Members. Advisors simply attend in home meetings with their Advisors to sign new projects.

ADVANTAGE PARTNER COMMISSION 1-4 PROJECTS $500 PER PROJECT GET STARTED Help 1-4 homeowners sign up (including yourself!) and earn $500 per project.* Commission is paid following the completed installation of their solar system by Amergy. 5-9 PROJECTS $750 PER PROJECT GET STARTED Show 5-9 other homeowners how to go solar and earn $750 per project.* Commission is paid following the completed installation of their solar system by Amergy. $1000 PER PROJECT GET STARTED If you help 10 homeowners go solar, Amergy solar has something very special for you. Not only do you earn $1000 commission on EVERY project on, but $500 is paid when the permit is issues usually within a few weeks after signature!* 10+ PROJECTS *Advantage Partners do not need to have a project with Amergy Solar, renters, friends and family qualify. Additional terms apply. Advantage Partners who earn more than $600 per year will be issued a 1099.

12. SELLING SOLAR SYSTEMS Solar Modules are sized in Watts (W), just like a lightbulb. Instead of consuming energy, like a bulb, they produce it. We use the number of Watts in a solar module to talk about how big a solar system is. SOLAR MODULES 10 Solar Modules rated 330 Watts = 3,300 Watt System 20 Solar Modules rated 325 Watts = 6,500 Watt System Solar Modules produce a type of electricity that the home can not use. All solar systems require an inverter to change the electricity produced by the modules into energy the home can use. This is also the “brains” of the system. Homeowners can use their desktop or mobile devices to monitor their systems performance. SOLAR INVERTERS The system size is how an Energy Advisor is paid. When you sell a solar system, you will multiple the number of Watts by your commission rate. 6,500 W System with a Commission Rate of $.23= $1,495 6,500 W System with a Commission Rate of $.30= $1,950 6,500 W System with an Override Rate of $.05= $325
13. ENERGY ADVISOR COMMISSION ENERGY ADVISOR $.23 PER WATT GET STARTED New advisors earn $.23 per Watt on their projects. Average system size is 6,500 W (6.5kW), earning an average commission of $1,495 per project. ENERGY ADVISOR+ $.25 PER WATT GET STARTED After you have successfully signed 6 projects, your commission rate jumps to $.25 per Watt, earning an average of $1,625 per project. $.30 PER WATT GET STARTED When you have 3 active (2 jobs per month) Energy Advisors on your team, you become a Sales Team Leader, earning an incredible $.30 per Watt or $1,950 on an average project. OVERRIDES $.05 PER WATT GET STARTED No matter what level you reach, you will always earn $.05 per Watt on projects sold by the Energy Advisors on your team!* Recruit Energy Advisors and let them generate income for you! SALES TEAM LEADER *Must have an active contract with Amergy Solar to qualify for overrides, requires 2 installed projects in the 90 days proceeding the commission payment to remain active. Contracts subject to additional terms.

As a Team Leader you could earn with a team of 5 advisors… 3 Projects Sold per Advisor- $4,875 in Overrides 3 Projects Sold by Team Leader- $5,850 in Commissions $10,725 per month or $139,425 per REMEMBER! Amergy Solar does all the training, management, accounting and paperwork. All you need to do is recruit and provide guidance to your Energy Advisors! Your team size is limited only to your desire to grow!
16. CUSTOM MARKETING MATERIALS CUSTOM LANDING PAGE Your name, your phone number, your customers. Take advantage of a monthly marketing allowance that includes post cards, letters, call lists and print media to grow your brand. Every Energy Advisor receives their own custom landing page that inputs leads directly into Salesforce. No more chasing referral name and numbers. TRACKING The world’s #1 CRM, you can track all sales activity—every lead, opportunity, and customer—and take action from wherever you are, enabling you to spend more time selling to the people who are interested, armed with their personal marketing data and social insights. AUTOMATION Email one customer or all of them with the click of a button. Schedule reports and get notified of your pending installation every morning, Salesforce does it all!

19. DO I EARN A BASE SALARY? No. Sales is a tough job and when companies offer base salaries, it encourages people to apply who really aren’t committed to excel. With the Advantage Program, if you are really giving it your all, living paycheck to paycheck will be a thing of the past. If you are just looking for a small base income, this isn’t the program for you. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS CAN I GET COMPANY LEADS IF I WANT? Yes! If you are just getting started and need a little help, Amergy is willing to make an investment in you. Each time you close a deal (using the Advantage Program or a Company Lead) you qualify for a credit of 5 leads. These leads are customers qualified by the Amergy Solar call center and prequalified for solar. IS MY TEAM SIZE LIMITED? Sky is the limit. If you can recruit them and provide guidance, then go for it. It’s important to make use of your downlines. If you have a good group of Energy Advisors beneath you, utilize them as Team Leaders and start a second downline to ease your workload. WHEN DO I GET PAID? Amergy Solar has one of the fastest installation times in the industry. The average job is installed in 60 days, many much faster. You will receive 50% of your commission on permit approval and 50% on installation. This means most Energy Advisors and Team Leaders will receive the front end of their commission within 30 days! WHAT IF I NEED AN ADVANCE OR DRAW? Draws are issued on a case by case basis. If you have really done an exceptional job in your first week or two, you may be eligible for an immediate draw. As you scale up your business and add partners, you may be eligible for additional draws to fund your expansion plans. HOW DO I GET STARTED? If you are joining our program with the help of another Team Leader, Energy Advisor or Manager, they will help you sign up for a training class.
