A recipe for effective leadership

Companies are growing from day to day, rules are changing as your teams grows and being leader is not easy thing. To be a great leader you need to have great ingredients and show your team that you can mix all of them in one great recipe. In this talk I want to show you what are great ingredients that you need and how to combine them from my personal experience.
