Let’s start by looking at four different sites that each
have their own “look.”

When you see a theme, you see something “complete.”
But a theme is just a set of files that
have been assembled to create the right look.

Four different sites. Four different looks. But they’re all made
up of the same parts.
Not all headers are the same. Common: Logos, Nav Bars,
Social Icons Some are tall, others short. It’s your call.

& 3 Columns You can dress it up with CSS.
You have Footer options too. Common: Multiple Widget Areas Drop
in anything you like.
Your headers & footers are constant on every page, but
your body is dynamic.
Accessorize your Body Themes often define sidebars where you can
utilize widget areas to customize your site.
