54. 2. You have to design with the user- gov is not one homogenous entity. Be Problem-centric.
55. 3. Align your outcomes to existing government goals, targets, policies and KPIs. Co-create, the other way around.
56. 4. Think about the ecosystem - civic tech labs are not service providers. Work towards a sustaining ecosystem with open communication channels.
