  1. 2 We conducted more than 60 interviews in the last

two months and have pivoted from our original customer segment XCool Story – At A Glance In the shipping industry, excess heat and moisture results in approx. 10% spoilage of all containerized goods for Beneficial Cargo Owners (BCOs) 2. PROBLEM 1. OUR JOURNEY SO FAR 3. SOLUTION 8. OUR TEAM 5. COMPETITION 6. OUR APPROACH 4. MARKET SIZE 7. FUTURE ROADMAP We have a range of passive cooling solutions to reduce heat gain on any surface Our solution is positioned as an inexpensive alternative to 80% of containerized goods that do not require active climate control We have a highly experienced team in strategy, sales and business development. We’re still on the lookout for a highly technical co-founder to lead R&D and product development efforts. With over 17mil containers in “active service”, we’re looking at a Serviceable Available Market of US $4.6 Billion in APAC alone We are continuously exploring other cooling solutions and industry applications. Global warming coupled with the expansion into multiple industry verticals will be key growth drivers for XCool. We see providers of insulation solutions as our main competitors since the shipping industry in general has yet to be exposed to cooling paints and passive cooling technologies
  2. 3 Original idea Market validation Finding product- market fit Our

original idea was inspired by a TEDx talk from UCLA professor Aaswath Raman- “How we can turn the cold of outer space into a renewable resource?” We conducted more than 60 interviews in the last two months and have pivoted from our original customer segment Start of Veni Focus on first customer segment- buildings industry Reached out to multiple universities including UCLA, University of Boulder Colorado, NTU as well as commercial vendors Completed about 50 interviews with architects, building engineers & property owners Startup from University of Boulder Colorado and NTU agrees to collaborate with XCool Conclusion: Difficult to penetrate buildings industry with passive cooling solutions. Decided not to pursue data management problem Pivot to other customer segments: Shipping, urban farming & consumer products Product samples from University of Boulder Colorado samples arrive in Singapore. Uncovered unrelated pain point in the industry- data management Industry professionals whom we interviewed describe heat & humidity being a challenge in container shipping NTU professor proposes alternative passive cooling solution to XCool Further desktop research confirms hypothesis Where we are now

of containerized goods that do not require active climate control Expensive Cheap Manages heat & humidity well No heat & humidity management Reefers Air freight XCool coated container Normal metal container 8 Active climate control Insulated containers
  8. 9 Future Roadmap We are continuously exploring other cooling solutions

and industry applications. Global warming coupled with the expansion into multiple industry verticals will be key growth drivers for XCool. Given limited resources, we plan to launch as a resale and distribution business in partnership with suppliers & beyond… Resale & distribution business Multi-sector cooling applications Develop in-house capabilities Expand globally We will be aggressively exploring potential cooling applications and use cases across multiple sectors 6 months 1 year Eventually, we plan to develop our own R&D capabilities and bring product development in- house 2 years Expansion into global markets beyond Singapore & S.E. Asia > 3 years
