Process in detail 15 Process Details Profile Creation • Create a Profile by answering a few questions about yourself, organization you are working with, tenure, age group, number of reportees, number of years as a manager, socio- economic and cultural background • Do a Self-Assessment by answering the 18 statements (of Connect, Develop and Inspire© framework), thus arriving at your CDI Profile Survey with Reportees • Add Number and Email ID of your reportees on the App • Define Survey Duration (1 week to 15 days) • Schedule or “Send Now” Survey (CDI Framework) to your team • Schedule Reminder Mails • Close the Survey and Generate Report Developing Action Plans • Action Planning Portal Opens Up • Choose from Recommended Action Plans + Add Your Own Action Plans of Varying Duration (AI To help finalize the Action Plans) Learning from Online Courses • Customized Learning Modules & Courses Open up basis New Profile Implementation of Action Plans • Report Progress on Action Planning Portal • When All Action Plans are marked “Complete” – Survey can be taken again Resurvey Great People Manager Certification • Access to Great Manager Club opens for Certified Manager • Certification remains valid for one year Access to App & Offline Mentor Support
