Un acercamiento a Lean Analytics, una herramienta que nos propone utilizar métricas accionables en un proceso lean de experimentación y aprendizaje continuo que nos permita ofrecer a nuestro cliente la propuesta de valor que resuelve sus necesidades.

Empezaremos comentando brevemente qué es Lean StartUp, Analytics y MVP. Luego veremos las características que hacen que una métrica sea buena, para luego hablar del concepto de One Metric That Matters (OMTM), que está ligada al modelo de negocio. Finalmente, compartiremos las pruebas y etapas que propone el framework con ejemplos prácticos aplicados en AirBnB y Thoughtworks.
