HQ No matter how affluent the world becomes, there will never be an end to social issues. We face these challenges head-on and take on the challenge of finding solutions through repeated trial and error, and by testing hypotheses. However, creating a new business that will bring about a major change in the world is not a simple task. It is essential to have an organizational structure that supports people with passionate aspirations who are willing to take on challenges so that they can give shape to their ideas and implement them in society. IXI is the platform for realizing this. Throughout my career, both as an engineer and as a consultant, I have met many colleagues and clients who have passionate aspirations but are unable to bring them to life. I was filled with a sense of frustration that the potential to change society had disappeared without being tried. I believe that what will lead to the realization of these aspirations is a management structure that continuously creates new businesses and an organization that puts it into practice. It has been several years since the launch of IXI, and we are finally beginning to take shape and move dynamically as an organization. Our efforts are gradually bearing fruit, and I believe that we are now entering an interesting phase. Just as Kazuma Tateishi, founder of OMRON, recommended trying things out first with his "7:3 Principle," and just as Masaru Ibuka, founder of SONY, with whom Mr. Tateishi had a close relationship, set out to "build an ideal factory that is free, vigorous, and joyful," we want IXI to continue being a creative testing ground for tackling social issues. Through IXI's unique innovation process, we will keep developing socially meaningful businesses and pursue the creation of new social and economic values.
