12. How Do You Feel About It? When we contribute to open source projects, our code would be shown to people in other companies and even other positions. Sometimes it comes to me as a big pressure. But I think it is worth it that we can learn from them. Such as better coding practices, PR manners, and engineering cultures in other companies.
