4. How we use HipChat
   From Mar. 2013, we use HipChat on a company-wide level. Over 40 people is now using Hipchat.! Gmail chat => HipChat! Other tools! n  e-mail! n  HipChat! n  Redmine! n  (Wiki) ! ! !
5. Rooms
   Each department! Each project team! Engineers /w designers! Operation engineering room for each app/ service with API! Lunch information around ܙൺण area! ! !
   
6. HipChat Pros
   n  Nice account management! n  Cool native application for Mac.! n  Emoticons!!! n  Useful iPhone/Android application.
   
7. Cons
   n  Poor mention name handling.! n  Always need to put a half-width space before mention name??! n  Insufficient notification settings.! n  Need notification list and unread management! n  Too few background colors for messages from API.! n  No Windows native application.! n  Adobe Air L! n  Difficult to use with many tabs and rooms.! !
8. Conclusions
   We are happy with HipChat. J! Chatwork is becoming very competitive tools in Japan, especially notification and unread management is better than HipChat.! Since HipChat fits to our use case, we don’t have a plan to move to Other tool like Chatwork.! !
