UX/UI designers often pigeon hole design into being such a *specialization* that we isolate ourselves from people who may have great insight on the problems we are trying to solve. And all too often, this stems from the self-proclaimed idea that we are either right or left-brained types of people. I don’t know about you… but I haven’t met any half-brained people lately.
Let’s talk about the ways to branch out of our tight circles and engage in collaboration with people who think different from ourselves. And let’s get over the idea that we are unable to (or shouldn’t) learn stuff because we think a certain way.
