Now, you may hear because you're tired of running late all the time, you might be here because you're tired of nagging all morning, like, please put on your shoes, please put on your shoes, please put on your shoes. And maybe you don't want to do some I'm showing up every morning. But either way, we're going to make all of those easier for you, we're going to make your mornings less stressful, we're going to allow you to be either on time or less late and eventually, hopefully on time. And we also want to create that like calm, happy, like a good feeling in the morning to send our kids off on their day and ourselves off on our date, in a good mood, feeling like they know how much we love them. We know we're good moms. But sometimes it feels like we're not, you are a great mom, and just saying the day out for what feels good for us. Patricia Sung 00:57 So how are we going to do that, we're going to set up your morning routine and then input it into the smart home to help stay on time on task. And I want you keep a few things in mind when we're going in now number one, you are going to be wrong, this is not going to turn out the very first time like you want it, it's not going to fit your family right away. We are tailoring this to you and your family. So it's going to take a lot of adjustments. So I want you to know going in that the first time we put this together, it is going to be utterly wrong. The perfectionist in me dies a little bit when I hear that right? It's okay, we're going to adjust. And we've given that I want you to know that every day that especially in that first week, you're gonna need a couple of minutes, depending on how far along the process you are, it's gonna take a little more at the beginning. And that gets easier. Patricia Sung 01:40 The beginning it might be like 10 minutes at most. And then as you get farther in the week, maybe like two, three minutes to adjust it. So it's fitting what you need. But now we are going to make a lot of adjustments. The good news is that these skills that you're learning, you will then be able to use through each season because our kids are always changing. They go to a new school, they have a new routine thing, that times the change in us, you can use these skills over and over again, they're not going away, you've now learned something amazing, and you can continue to apply it. And no matter what routine you're on in the mornings, you'll have a way to make a routine that fits you.
