  2. Logging into beta.ona.io Two options for beta users: 1. Use

    your current Ona login 2. Use the beta tester account: username: betatester password: demo

  3. Projects Create a project and upload forms related to the

    project

  4. Sharing projects Public Viewable and findable on the Ona website

    Private Only viewed or contributed to by the project owner and collaborators specified by the owner

  5. Project permissions Assign roles to project collaborators: • Read only

    • Data entry only • Editor • Manager

  6. Adding forms to projects Upload your XLSForm to publish the

    form to the project

  7. Form submissions Enketo Copy the webform URL ODK Collect Project

    owners and collaborators should use “odk.ona.io” and login

  8. Viewing data Switch between map, table and summary chart views

  9. Maps Map view now supports multi-select answers

  10. Summary charts Easily view and create summary bar charts
